Came back

–
comebacks, last 7 days
–
designation errors — re-engaged within 30d of designation
The gate clock is time since the last attended class — a device ping is not a substitute for showing up. Returning to class resets the clock and removes the patient from every board automatically. That is the only way off, besides exclusion or receipt.

Exports & received

The big per-column buttons above are the primary actions; these are the wider variants — +slipped / +overdue include everyone past their day, so check the count in the confirm. Pulling a batch marks the send and advances the clock. Gate exports carry ARNs only — the SMS platform resolves phone numbers itself. No phone data ever enters this app. The designation export carries ship-to from the ledger and is PHI-gated. The greyed preview links are read-only and advance nothing.

How this board works

One patient, one direction. Watchlist (the clock counts days since the last attended class) → Gate 1 · day 14 (SMS export) → Gate 2 · day 21 (SMS export + call + caregiver) → Day 28 · designation (export marks designated; the equipment ask ships the same day: letter + prepaid label + box) → Day 38 · offer due (gift-card offer; receive-by day 48, or 53 with a plan) → Received (warehouse marks received + date = the payment trigger) → Card sent (≤10 business days).

Standing rules. Any attended class removes the patient from every list automatically · exports are the only clock-advancing actions · exactly four typed writes exist: exclude, plan-set, mark-received, card-sent · replies never advance or block silently — they route · exceptions (lost / undeliverable / RETURNED / 14-day undelivered) leave the countdown and surface for a human · RETURNED = bad address, resets the ask after repair · a device signal within 14 days vetoes the day-28 ask · the backlog never enters the daily gates — tranche-released, sized to shipping capacity.

Board day is America/New_York. If the board is down, the clock pauses by design — the day's work is yesterday's exports plus paper notes. Something wrong? → Jason.
